I am reaching out today to introduce my services as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, providing convenient video consultations to young patients across Ontario. I am committed to using cutting-edge technology to make mental health care more accessible and efficient for the pediatric population.

I specialize in providing virtual consultations to children and adolescents aged 3 to 17 years old, presenting with a range of mental health concerns.

While I do not offer ongoing psychiatric care, I remain readily available for repeated consultations as needed. These sessions can be conveniently booked on short notice, providing flexible and prompt care to address your patient's immediate mental health needs. Urgent appointments are available!

If you feel that your patient may benefit from this service, I kindly ask you to submit a referral letter to my secure email at dr.o.savenkov@proton.me or FAX at 905-225-6523. Please ensure to include the following details in your referral:

• Patient's full name

• Age

• Valid Ontario health card number

• Parent/Representative's telephone number and email

• Your billing number

Upon receipt of your referral, the Parent/Representative will be provided with an email containing a secure link to schedule their appointment through Zoom for Healthcare. This approach provides an immediate, safe, and user-friendly means of setting up a meeting.

Once the consultation is complete, I will compile and fax or email a comprehensive report to you within 24 hours. This way, you can stay updated on the patient's mental health status and any recommendations made during the session.
